You may wish to rename this page before you upload your site just in case you make
any mistakes on the FTP routine when publishing
Having renamed index.html, your FTP routine will add your specific index.html
page when you upload your website
You will need to connect from your FTP client to your web space with the previously
supplied login name and password - and make sure the password is not easily guessable.
